Proceeds from Run by the Creek benefit EPIC Sports and Recreation and shared donations to other groups with DSRC Mission-“Promote running and healthy lifestyles in Dripping Springs and the surrounding areas.” EPIC Sports and Recreation is a ministry of Friendship Creekside that provides sports programming for youth and adults in our community. These include Spring Break, Summer, and Winter Camps, Field Days, and EPIC Run Club. Your participation in Run by the Creek allows EPIC and other groups to serve the greater Dripping Springs community. Thank you!

Course
The New location offers a different view of the previous course. The tree-lined, out and back course on Creek Rd is both challenging and scenic. Experience gently rolling terrain and country views. The race starts and finishes at Speeding Springs. The course is spectator friendly.

Brief Description
Come out to beautiful Dripping Springs, Texas, The Gateway to the Hill Country, for the Run By The Creek 5K and 10K. A fast, fun, and rolling course that parallels and crosses Onion Creek. Age group prizes awarded to top men and woman finishers in all age groups.
The Dripping Springs Run By The Creek Race is made possible through The Dripping Springs Running Club (DSRC). DSRC was formed as a non-profit organization for the purpose of making contributions to local Dripping Springs non-profit organizations, public projects, and events.
This year’s race proceeds will benefit local parks and provide funds to local organizations dedicated to promoting running and healthy lifestyles in our communities.
